take the hunter exams to find his Dad on his way he befriends three other applicants Killua, Kurupika, and Leorio. Gon was told that his father was dead but then he finds one of Ging's former students Kite and finds out that Ging is alive and he's a hunter (Hunter's are people who are dedicated to tracking down treasures, magical beats, and even other Men of which you need a licence for when you're a hunter you can also access restricted areas) So Gon Decides to
