I know C++. I tried to learn Squeek and Smalltalk, but I didn't like them very much. I'm learning C# right now. The next version of Itchy will soon be out!! The next version(which I've already made but osn't on Scratch) has where you can state comlicated equations with one line of Itchy code. Here is an example that resets variable x all on one line.
[x]=[x]+(9*[y]/[x])-(2+[z])
You shouldn't just hand out your email to perfect strangers like me. Sorry but I'm going to have to delete that comment about your email. Sorry :( To learn Itchy++ you can look at the built in instruction manual. You can also ask me any questions you want in the comments. Also, with my next version of Itchy I'll be making an instructional program!
I really don't know why it's not working online. Some of the other programs do. But the tic-tac-toe program is over 600 lines long, so it's very complex.
Wow, that's really impressive! A fully functioning programming language in Scratch. I'm guessing you're a Simpsons fan, given the name :) I tried running the Tic Tac Toe program online and it seems to be stuck in a loop of some sort. It keeps displaying the empty board over and over again?
Aah. If you delete the tic-tac-toe program and import another program from the gallery, it might work faster. Tell me if you need any help working with the program! :)
Cool! I've been working on a really nice database program within scratch. It's all table-based, & similar to some of your projects. Maybe you could share your opinions on it when I get closer to finishing. The release date will be March 15 of this year.
my next version of swuid which ll be similar to itchy is almost done but i'm making it so that it can learn all tables up to any num x any num but i am having trouble making it remember the programs because i made it beable to delete programs but it keeps crazily deleteing everything?
!!!Make sure that you run Itchy++ in turbo mode!!! To activate turbo mode when downloaded, click on Edit, Set Single Stepping, and then click on turbo mode.
Finally! Itchy++ is out!
Itchy++ is a programming language Made inside Scratch! Scratch is made in Squeek, which is made in Smalltalk...etc.
The program that is on Itchy++ right now is a Tic-Tac-Toe game. Type in Start to start the program. If you want to learn more about how to make your own programs, type in Help. To use a different Itchy++ program type in download.

A question. Do you know any basic languages( other than scratch :}) like python that inspired you. I'm learning lua, and know a tad bit of Python.

(view all replies)Have you learned how to program in Itchy++?
Sure you can try! I've already made an app, but it didn't work :P But feel free to try :)
(view all replies)Awesome project. But I don't think it fits in my SciFi gallery.
The newest version is out, Itchy Nova!
Thanks! Maybe not. But I figured it was sciency, but not really fiction :)
Wow, wow, wow. You make me want to do an own language, too.
(view all replies)Any idea why it is not working right online? It would be good to get the bugs in the Flash player worked out. Fantastic project you made here!

Itchy Nova is out! This new version looks better and it has a new command.
Thanks! I do like the Simpsons. I'm going to be releasing the next version in the next couple of weeks.
...and now that I read the project notes, I see that you are telling me that it must be downloaded! Ha.
Nice, but it's spelled Squeak, not Squeek.
Thanks.
Awsome
thanks for putting your projects in my gallery!
You're welcome.
Great! I played Tic-Tac-Toe and it worked very well. But I couldn't browse the script cause memory 'Space is low' in my Mac.
Aah. If you delete the tic-tac-toe program and import another program from the gallery, it might work faster. Tell me if you need any help working with the program! :)
Epic! I'm really impressed.
The newest version is out! The next goal of mine is to make Itchy user friendly.
That's a good idea! I'll add that in the next update.
Thanks! Have you read the instruction manual? I'm curious if it's understandable or not.
