I wrote a Scratch program that plotted the colors on the stage. Then, I turned the stage into a sprite. Help yourself if you want to use it on something!
This lets you make more artistic drawings, rather than persise ones. Fuzzy Paint makes it easy to blend colours, and make textures. This is why I love this so much! A little confusing at first, but after a bit of practice, it's really simple.
Well, firstly, I think you have a wrong number: I'm not named Andrew and I haven't been in school for 25 years. Secondly, as far as it being 'stupid', I would appreciate hearing specifically what parts you think could be improved. If you just don't like art projects, don't bother to comment on them. To each his/her own.
Nice! That makes me feel good that you are enjoying it. Did you download it? I've been curious...the download count only shows one download but I'm sure there must have been more then that.
im making a newspaper and i need tips from top scratchers, ill also put in top projects and great games/movies, if u give a tip put in a "qoute", tell every1!!!!!!!!!!!
Tip 1: Make your scripts as easy to read as possible. It helps your thinking remain clear as well as making it easier for other people to read them. Some ways to do this: give your sprites meaningful names like ‘Start Button’ instead of ‘sprite 3’. Make your variable names, sprite costumes, and message names meaningful as well. Also, use the ‘Clean up’ option (right click on the background of the script building area) frequently to keep your scripts all lined up and not overlapping.
Tip 2: When viewing somebody else’s project, look at their other projects and see where they are coming from. If this is one of their first projects, don’t expect very fancy coding. Try to keep your comments supportive. Say what you like about the project as well as what you think might be different. Give helpful hints. In the immortal words of Thumper (from the movie Bambi): ‘If you can’t say something nice, don’t say anything at all’!
Tip 3: You can use the Undo button to move things around. Let’s say you are working with a sprite with a lot of scripts. You want to move a script from the very bottom up to the top, to keep things organized. You can delete it, then scroll to the top of the pane, then Undo the delete and it appears at your mouse pointer again, ready to be placed where you want it.
wHOA PADDLE2SEE YOU REALLY ARE AN OVER-ACHIVER!!!
I made a paint program but it was lame(and no-one looks at my projects) but I just have to favorite this.
Okay. THIS IS SO COOL!! It is just awesome! You're a great Scratcher! This must have taken forever... how'd you do it? You should make more stuff like this because everybody loves it. Why else would it be on the "Top Loved Lately"? How cool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1

I've always liked the Impressionist style of painting, which is kind of "fuzzy". I'm glad you are enjoying it.

Moeka*: Awesome! I really love this. Though, I would very much appreciate an 'undo' button. If it's even possible to make one. lol.
(view all replies)Comment Reply
I would love to give you an 'undo' button...but I'm afraid that's beyond my skill or Scratch's capabilities (one or the other!).
