Okay, the AI seems to be working online now. ^_^
Race your canoe through the gates, numbered 1-6. The arrow above you tells you where the next gate is. When the AI does work, you gotta race through all the gates before it does.
As in real life, you alternate between left and right, so alternate between the left and right arrow keys to go forward, and just one of them to turn.
This was not hard to program, but it did take 4 hours or so. This takes advantage of Scratch 1.4, you can see your "speed" (in mph) and how many gates you've gone through in the variable display.
There are "sensor" sprites at each of the gates, to detect whether you've gone through them, and there is a variable that makes sure you go through them in the correct order.
I do like the final result, I hope you do too.

you can already do the speed and mph by using lists in 1.3

wow 37 mph on a kayak! i think the top speed in real life is around 10 or 11 mph. other than that, nice game. good work
Oops, I did not know that when I made this. Besides, the speed displayed is 4 times your actual speed. I did not know the speed canoes go. Thanks for telling me.
Basically, this is a time trial online and a race when downloaded. I don't know why this does not have the AI working online, it worked fine when it was running in the program.
I did it in 45 seconds. Well made!
I did it in 75 seconds
This wasn't hard to do in terms of programming.
