Dude awesome!Do you have any stuff for Blender that gets right to the point on how to make stuff?Cause all of the tutorials are for stupid Mac, got any for Windows?
thanks. yeah, I know of plenty for windows. lets see...

try that one first ↑↑↑
and then do

I will warn you, it takes time and patience. :)
hey, i have a job for you. im working on a new DG GAMES SYMBOL and i need a 3d representation of earth. its replacing the disk on the symbol, so if you could make it the same size as the disk i would be VERY HAPPY! can you help?
I found an error in it
Actually its something un physical if u add three moons revolving in the opposite side of the planet with such a speed it will stop the rotation of the planet keep that in mind bro.
i have a few suggestions about making this one more inpressive than it already is. if you couls make the moons retate a bit slower, and take away some of the clouds that are obscuring the planet, it would be better. by the way, how's the 3-d fist person shooter going?
I dunno, ask chaotic D, he's making judgement-day-infectionous. However, I am making a shooter called Dark Energy that uses prerendered graphics...it's sort of goin...but really slowly. I haven't been spending much timeon it. Thanks for the pointers :D
1 thing, could you make a little sprite (3D) and have the moons just rotating with Fidex, for the Galaxy map, for having these 4 sprites doing it, will just getting annoying, and in the way
okay, could I tell you how to make the moons stationary? Look in one of the moon's scripts. There should be a varible called etiher "speed" or something to that effect. make it so that the "speed" variable is set to "0" when it is first defined(beofre the lopp forever) and the moon will stay stationary, but will move with the planet if it is moved.
Download the 4 sprites and 4 scripts of "SG- Fidex" and open it in Scratch
Project Notes
This is Fidex for scratch galaxies. I decided to make the moons orbit the planet. I'm still wondering if I should make the clouds that are on fidex move... I hope you enjoy.
If you will notice, the three moons move very close to each other every once in a while...

(view all replies)where do u get and or make them?
this planet? I used blender. :)

k ,thanks
read below first, I ALSO NEED IT DONE AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
O_o, can it wait...give me two days?

that's good! lol not realistic, but it look nice.
so I was going for looks, not realism. :)
(view all replies)*laughs* I didn't design the planet. The one I recreated had at least three moon, but I will take it as "the moons are too big."
(view all replies)wow my planet thanks youve made it look awesome :)
your welcome! :) I love doing this sort of thing. I wish I where better at modeling more complex things...
wow i m gona use it for VortexRoit(Space Engine for scratchs Example project)
okay then ,it's fine with me :)
okey dokey, just give creadit.

(view all replies)just use the planet sprite and forget about the moons. It saves memory and that way you only nee one sprite for that planet.
(view all replies)ah, I get waht you saying. okay, I'll see if I can put tem together. I think omitting the moons altogether would be easyest and save the most memory.

(view all replies)do I need to get ridof the orbiting effect? I'm not quite getting what you meant by that(↑↑↑) post.
(view all replies)the moons are very fast moving!
:D :D :D....
(view all replies)Yah :) also remember that the planet completes a whole day in 3 seconds!
(view all replies)ooooooooh.
(view all replies)thanks :)
so, anything about this project :)
(view all replies)eeeeeeeeeeeeh!
(view all replies)I wonder....
(view all replies)How do you make all these awesome effects?
good! good. I made a trigonometry tutorial, it's buried in my projects somewhere....
ar, it's not that hard, you just have to know how to apply what.
(view all replies)I use blender 3D. Then in scratch I used a little trig and layering to get the orbiting effect.
(view all replies)sweet
thanks :), how do you like the "3D" orbiting effect?
(view all replies)Nice! Blender right?
yup, blender, as always.
