Wjc: It's a game called ''My Unicorn'' us the Crannk Inc. crew is working on. It's a virtual pet game where you have to take care of a unicorn! ^^ Yes, I know it's fast, I'll make it slower in the actual game.
Cocoanut: yes, but to have diagonal scrolling, I will need 9 sprites, which might lag the game, and when I make a sprite bigger than the screen (Scratch screen), Java resizes it back to normal size.
Nice! But here's a suggestion (Speaking as not a member of Crank Inc., it's your choice): Wouldn't wind be strong enough to push the snowflakes at an angle?
Nice. Now going off topic - didn't you have a demo about making a sprite bigger than the screen? I wanted to recommend it to ssseane for his planetary scrolling, but can't find it. (link to project)
I liked reading encyclopedias too! And also, usually about animals... For my last birthday, I got a huge encyclopedia of animals. It has a lot of info, and amazing pictures.
hehe, when I was young, I loved reading encyclopedias! I always searched for them in shops - usually about animals, but I tried reading chemistry as well. I belive it's the only think I've ever read speaking of English books. But when I moved to Russia.... OOOHHH the REAL reading mania began!!
No, I never did. I liked puzzles! I spent hours doing puzzles... and reading. I LOVE READING!!! and I always have. But the equivalent of dressups and tea sets for me was puzzles. :) And I'm not really that serious.
I know that you have been doing Scratch for a long time, so I have a question. On a very different topic, why are there ALWAYS dress-up projects on top viewed??? What's so great about dress-up projects?

"прохладный проект" means "cool/cold project", if you want to say "cool/awesome project", it will sound like "классный проект"

In fact, I don't think I'm serious at all... at times I am, I suppose. But you (according to DragonSpirit) are more serious than me.

I think it is because a big part of the Scratch community consists of kids. Kids love dressups so they get viewed a lot.
