good job :) see if you can start making your own songs too! Also, there is a better way to make midi songs. Try googling "tuxguitar." It has all of the synths that scratch does nd you can do some weird and cool stuff to the notes. :)

(view all replies)You're a scratch genius. Maybe you can help me... when I download projects, it won't let me view them, even if they are in 1.3 (the version of scratch that I have). And I've noticed that people have been using 1.4 and I don't know how to get it! >.>
I have Scratch 1.4 test! The real one's not out though.....
Somje projects just take a while to load... especially this one; it has loads of graphics x_X

I adjusted my Java memory to 256 megs since I have 4 gigs of RAM. No lag but there's lag when I scroll.
On my Mac, I can't adjust java RAM.
I adjusted it too....I don't have lag, though O.o
There's a bug on OLPC Scratch that makes the MIDI blocks not functional.
60 is Middle C on MIDI

I think shes gone... her brother wont respond and she hast had any recent activity for a while :( but keep hoping.
I think it's ok....if I had cancer I would be more bothered about spending time with my family and friends, not Scratch. :)

Ow, poor Smokepool... :-C This is a beautiful song. Very peaceful. The pictures go very nicely with it, too. I love the pictures of birds. We have a lot of mourning doves like the one in one of the photos. Your music projects are so amazing; you must have a great ear.

(view all replies)We don't have any mourning doves, although I've seen (and heard) some when I lived in Virginia. We have a lot of bullfinches and birches. There is a birch forest nearby, it's very white-ish and beautiful. :)

Wow these pictures are beautiful. I also feel REALLY bad for Smokepool. Most of her account on Scratch has been about her disease. Are these your pictures from Russia?
There are no japanese maples in Russia...I haven't seen much cherries either. Bullfinches, lilies of the valley and snowdrops are common though.

I agree with you, the song is awesome. I always hum it to myself, lol, especially after finishing this project, now it's stuck in my head FOREVERRRR!! D: And the show.... um........xD lol I quit watching it after the first few episodes, but then I got bored so I finished it, and the end was so touching I nearly cried and since then I have always loved Elfen Lied. :3
