In Memory of Michael Jackson, The King of Pop. Why did you have to die? Michael Jackson facts: Michael's first pop apperance was in a band called Jackson 5. He was the lead singer. He left the band to start off fresh and made some very big hits. His best song was Billy Jean. When he realeased this song, 30% of all CD's sold were his. He was an instant Millionare. Sadly, he was extremely fashion consious which meant lots of nose jobs, and other cosmetic surgury. Some people think this was part of the reason he only lived to 50.
