This is another relatively simple way of displaying lifebars.
I included a low-health-effect, just for fun ^^

Feel free to use it for whatever you wish to do with it, but please don't forget to mention that you took it from here ;)

V1.1:
- system works with %, so the HP range is now flexible
- added sound to the low-health-effect
