This Side-scroller uses dynamic sprites to create scenery. The "marker" sprites read the map along the bottom and set the scenery sprites to the appropriate costume. It would be a simple matter to create more scenery types, and there is scope for as many maps as you can have backgrounds on the stage! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

The scenery, yes, can be found at http://www.lostgarden.com/2007/05/dancs-miraculously-flexible-game.html. The character sprites, however, are from Reiner's Tilesets and can be found at http://reinerstileset.4players.de/englisch.html
This game could possibly revolutionize scratch into 2.5D.
