Once again, I've been inspired by something Kaydoodle has done. I'd never have started this if it wasn't for her "jumping monkey". Add in this months scratch club theme, and I present "Gobo and the Flood". Gobo is in danger of having his flame snuffed out by the rising water levels. Stay ahead of the rising water, and try to collect coins as you climb, so that he can afford to repair the flood damge to his home. The flooding gets faster and faster, and the last few seconds of the game are pretty frantic - but if you can keep out of the water for long enough, it will stop rising and you win. ***** Simple implementation of vertical scrolling and jumping, and platform detection.
