I know chalkmarrow why Dnd character is just so powerful that I actually roll 2d100 with a +50 perfection bonus on the roll. Oh responding to Paddle2See's comment I used games like this so many times when I'm don't want the PCs to know I'm rolling the d20.
Pretty simple, really. I put it together for use in my classroom (we are using "Knights and Castles" as a theme for the next 7 weeks) and thought I might as well share it.

Note that the scripts include a loop that prevent you from getting hte same number twice in a row.
