This uses a special scratch hack called MESH. To learn how to activate it in scratch, check one of the MESH tutorials. This game will not workl without MESH.
Mesh is a way of connecting two computers together. He's made this project so that on 1 computer someone controls one cat and the other person controls the other cat.
RHY(numbers) made a good game using mesh
How do you7 get this to work, I open scratch on both comp, hit host mesh on one and join on the other, type in the IP and nothing happens. Im confused.
Download and then open two scratches and then host mesh on one and join mesh on the other and then move the cat on one and the same cat will move on the other!
First, you need to have both Scratch projects connected then make a variable in one. On the other project, that variable will appear in the bottom of the list.
This is a very simple example to show how you can use mesh.
Download this project on two computers. You need to host the mesh on one computer. It will return an IP address. Go to the other computer and join the mesh and type in and enter the IP address the other computer gave you. Now start both programs.

You have to have mesh activated, but aside from that, No. Everything's done in Scratch.
