You can, but to have to invest some time to find out how: Its important to understand that you have different modes with button "init". Have a look at the description too.
Thanx! You are right: The interface is still not as intuitive as I would like it myself...but doing it in this version already took more time than I planed first :-)
A graphical drum machine that you can control to produce drumpatterns, based on the project SpinnDrummer.
The red dots on the 11 circles produce the drumpattern by beating the 11 black spinning drums when they touch them and get yellow. The green dots in the circles are only design and have no meaning for the drumpattern.
From 1 to 16 beats per circle all beats are used. Starting with 32 only some of the beats are use by random.
Use the init button to switsch between init-states:
1. Start with empty Screen and Paint Drumcircles. When all 11 Drumcircles have been drawn, the Drmmachine goes to manual mode and you can change the circles.
2. Start with a Drumcirclepreset
3. Hide all to do a Scenshot of the Drumcircles for a new Background (So you can save your Drumpattern-Compositions)
4. Start with an empty Screen an decide which Drumcircles you want to produce
Optionsfor Changing Drumcircles:
a) choose circle you want to change by circleslider
b) change its drumSound by choosing with drumslider
c) Add new beats to the circle by choosing beats (per circle) and than click "add"
d) Delete all beats of the circle by clicking "delete"

one of the best projects ever!
Thanx!
A bit of a learning curve on the interface, but a great music-related and circle-related project.
