they're actually speaking tagalog. i'm filipino, so i know all about it. tagalog is one of the dialects of the philippine language. 'musta is short for kumatsa, which mwans 'wazzup' or 'hello!' to friends you know well. 'Kumusta po' is for people older than you ((the sense of being older as grandparents, older sister or bro, and parents. always use 'po' when addressing older people. (older by one day or something like that doesn't count. I'm bilingual, so I also speak English, Go Philippines!!!
