It's hard to get it legally... You can get songs from a CD sometimes...
Download project with the song you want, go in sounds, right click the song you want, select "export" name the song or just leave it how it is and you're done!
click on a sprite or the stage then click on sounds where scripts and costumes are, then click record or import
