whats asthma?
A lung disease, basically the air ways to my lungs are inflamed (puffed out) making oxygen not be able to get to my lungs as easly as someone without asthma, therefore when i'm doing something like running i shouldn't push myself because i can have an asthma attack, meaning that the inflamation is so bad my brain isn't getting the oxygen i need to do that activity ( i think i explained it as well i could x_x )
