not really, ok this may sound weird you may not get it at first, Her father, Fukuto Izumiko, is the leader of the army/police force. All the villagers in the motutain vilalge where they live are part of the army and he likes to think of as family. SO THEREFORE all the other mens daughters he considers his as they do for his. so yeah. In actually he only has 11 daughters
