Don't let a ball touch the edge behind the paddles. So, move paddles by pressing up and down keys. You get points when the ball touches cirkles. Sometimes something happens or an arrow appears when you get points. If an arrow touches a paddle... If you get a "snake", move it by pressing arrow keys.
