Well, that's a whole different way to make a one-sprite color picker! Mine is done with testing on mouse X position, much more tedious, I like your approach better - more Scratch-like and cleaner. Good job!

I am extremely interested with sensing colors, so i tested my knowledge with this 1-sprite paint. The 1 sprite senses colors when mouse is down on the stage and sets variables to different numbers, such as pen size and stage. It is very glitchy, only because i did not use cover-up sprites. Please enjoy and, SCRATCH ON!
