With this, you choose the fraction (with the wins and loses) and it will give you the Percentage (of wins). Kinda simple. Looks like Battle mode of the awesome game "The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass" for the DS.

Ya, I'm actually in fourth grade. Where did you see I was in 5th grade? I said I wasn't even in middle school, not that I was in fifth grade. But eh, it would be a bit hard to teach you.
