Download "objectmath"(17 sprites and 70 scripts) and open it in Scratch
Project Notes
INSTRUCTIONS
Enter a for addition m for subtraction x for multiplication d for division.
HOW I MADE THIS
I wanted a program to teach basic math skills, with objects on the screen, that can be played more than one time. I used the think dialogs for display and a slider for entering the answer.
MORE IDEAS
I would like to see a future version of Scratch come up with a way to have string variables, fields for display, and importing a text file into a variable then being able to randomly display one of the words in the variable in a text field.

Cute idea and nicely implemented, given the limitations of Scratch.
