Download "Pumpkin (Jack-o'-lan…"(10 sprites and 19 scripts) and open it in Scratch Project Notes
Drag the things on to the pumpkin and turn the candle on or off, click on the 'start flashing' pumpkin to make yours flash, to stop it flashing put your mouse onto the 'stop flashing' pumpkin click your mouse down for 1 second then lift your mouse off. Have fun!
