Can someone tell me how u can make the penguin move!? Cause i will fix all my uploads so u can play with it! Thx and haha i feel stupid! :]
Here's a sample project that you can download that shows a similar way to do mouse control (link to project)
Put that script on any sprite and it will walk towards the mouse, when the mouse button is held down.
Well...you could try a script like "When Green Flag Clicked" "Forever If (Mouse Down?)" "Point Towards Mouse-Pointer" "Move 2 steps"
Do you want it to move when you use the arrow keys? Or using the mouse? Or just roam around by itself? There are ways to make it do any of those....

You can get a club penguin picture by looking up club penguin pictures or something then when you have found a picture,right click on it and select "save picture as" then select a file to save it in then when your on scratch,in paint editor,select "import" and choose it from the file.Then edit it to cut out the backround (if there is one).
