Good singing and tricky audio engineering! It's also cool the way you show the guitar chords. I like that song a lot, we have the version by the Kingston Trio - they do a nice job on it too.
YOU have a very nice singing voice. MY brother tommy thought it was about him when we were small because Dooley rimed with our last name. lol :D I like how you show the cords to play as you sing.
