i made this show to tell peopel to get of ther lazzy butts. and get of the couch and go out side and run,walk,play. my mom has arithma that is in the heart. my mom had to go to the hospetel for 4 days do'nt let that happen! you yes you can help prevent it befor it is to late. and now my mom my brother and i walk every morning. thankyou-
