EXTRA! EXTRA! Read all about it! KGameLover1 takes not one, not two, but THREE huge steps in Scratch development! He revealed on Tuesday, August 12, 2008, 1:48 PM EST to the Scratch community that he had finally finished his secret project; a Scratch OS! With this, he has now posted it: Gamer's Vista OS!!! He says: "It took me a long time to make this, particularly because I built this from, well, from scratch ( haha ). No, really," he says, " I didn't copy off of anybody's project this time. I took one sound from fabprogrammer_123's program and that's all." This means this will be KGameLover1's first original project in years. "To celebrate, I'm holding my first contest! It will take place in my new gallery, Gamer's Challenge!, and the top 5 projects, voted on by me, some of my friends, and the rest of the Scratch community. See the gallery for the rules." UPDATE: There WAS a LOT more items included, but me upgrading to Scratch 1.3 corrupted my data as I was putting finishing touches on it as it installed in the background. Kind of stupid, but at least I added a little Jaws fish that's like a Desktop Buddy that follows your mouse. this will be version 1.1. Thanks and please download/love it!
