the way i see it i dont care if i die just as long as where my soul goes theres food and also im cristan but i dont worship god i see him more as a guy who made the planet but cant do more than take you to heaven. also i dont care what peopel say about this comment.

I'm a Aethiest BUT not completly, I believe their long years ago would have been a rightous leaders called God and Christ, BUT if their weer they are long gone, and if their is a God explain how 1000s of people are killed on a daily basis and why their is evil and ect. explain where your god is, its better to see the cruel cold ugly scum and truth this world is than live in SUGAR COATED FANTASY LAND.I am sorry but the truth is truth and a facts a fact jack.

You make a point, but I think humans are going to die off in the near future (200 Years?) because of global warming, Meteors, ETC. But sure the world will still be here.

I don't want to start a religious flame war here (my family is Christian) but it REALLY annoys me when people say things like "devote your life to God, because he loves you, but if you don't worship him you will burn in Hell." If he truly loved everyone, then why would he allow people to be sentenced to eternal damnation? If you live a good life and are a good human being, you shouldn't go to hell just because you're not a Christian.
That is not true!!!! What if you live on an abbandoned island and no one taught you about God and you were still a good person? God wouldn't send you to hell. Duh. As long as you are a good person. It is not going to hurt you to beleive. people these days....Geesh.

Fossils of said bacteria exist and have been uranium dated and confirmed to be 3 billion years old. The "bible" says it was 2000 years ago the earth and everything else was created. WHERE'S THE PROOF?
NO, the Bible said that Jesus was born about 2000 years ago. Jesus wasn't born on the first day the Earth was made!
I don't really think there is God. Science explains more than religion to me and with more evidence. Evolution DID happen; molecules bonded together to make the first bacteria cells over 3.5 billion years ago. Then those cells combined to make eukaryotic cells, which humans and most other things are made of, in a matter of millions of years. That makes sense.

All I know is that there is a kind, loving God, a good place some go when we die, and a bad place some go when they die... is that wrong?

Thanks for your comment, I'm not saying to abandon this life, but just think about what you are living for. You can rely on God to sort things in this world out over time, but what's really important is the next life, which is for ever.
We could get into an argument over the validity of christianity. or we could get our jobs, get out of the middle east, and start working on solutions to the problems.
Thanks for commenting, I'm not trying to start and argument, and like I said to MyRedNeptune, we should care about this life, and we should try to sort out this world, but it's a whole lot easier with the help of God, who can control everything. But you do have to give some thought to after this life.
