How do you transfer numbers
they were all so easy... you just do the same thing over and over.. then end was funny though. and it did take me a couple min to figure out the algorithm.
3 is easy, just fill up the 4 and pour it into the 11 3 times.

SECRET FOR ALL LEVELS: Pour water into the cup that stores the most water. Then pour that cup's water into the smaller cup. Dump the smaller cup into the drain. Pour the leftover water from the big cup into the small cup. Repeat until you have the right amount of water.
It's a good game, but that stinks. I thought I was the only one who knew the pattern until I started reading this list of comments.

How do you turn on the tap?
Just drag a bucket on top of the tap. Then it will fill itself. Sorry if that wasn't intuitive. :P

this doesn't really work- you can't choose the amount of water you want to pour down the drain/fill up. Interesting idea, though! :)
