It would be almost impossible to find it because the thing on the bottom of the home page updates like every 15 minutes so unless you knew the exact time it updated you would still have to find the first project posted after it updated and count the scrapits for all of the next ones.
A really easy way to drag is to click on the little padlock button up by the sprite name. That unlocks the sprite and allows it to be dragged without any scripting at all :)
