You make all the slides into layers, and turn off the visibility( the eyes, click them) then when your done, go into save for web, and click the little box that says animate. That will make a little section at the bottom light up. You can adjust the timing. when your done with that you can preview it in your default browser, (click the little globe under one of the pictures) and press ok. It should be saved as an animated gif.
