Oh and some of the blocks go right through each other rather than stacking up.

A few bugs: Sprites not staying off black part of screen. Running off edge of screen, I believe the solution to this is "if on edge, bounce". Pretty good, nice job.

i found a glitch if 1 part of a piece is touching the black part it stays there

Beautiful. Stamping is a really good idea. I've done some thought about this, and it looks like it will really be possible to make tetris in Scratch. The stamping idea was ingenious!
