This is a very cool project! I love the tools you have built into it and the interface is really great! I like how you left lots of room to actually draw stuff. Some help with the tools might be good. Maybe implement tool tips so that when you hold down H and put your mouse over a tool, some help text pops up. Or something :)

A painting program. Press the mouse to paint. Drag the top slider to change the size. To move a windows, just press and hold on the swirl on the top and it will move for you. Press clear to clear, and press the color button to toggle the pallette. Experiment with all the features!

A few problems with running online. That's unfortunate.
I know. The online player does have a couple bugs I can't really fix.

Yeah. I just wanted to showcase it. It's actually only 1/10th of a megabyte, so it'll probably be available in Sangle OS.
