School is taking up more Time now, but I will try to finish the next Version soon :/
Triangle Analyzer! Input some Lengths and/or Angles, and you get the other Lengths and Angles, plus the Area, Coordinates, Inradius, Circumradius, Orthocenter, Centroid, Excenters, Nine-Point Center, Altitude Endpoints, and much more.
Plus a nice Graph of everything :)
Please comment and give Suggestions!
Next Versions will include:
-The nine-point Circle and Excircles (and Centers), drawn in.
-The Euler Line drawn in.
*Ability to input Coordinates at beginning.
*Draggable/modifiable Points.
-Less Text and Questions, more Buttons.
*A small Calculator (maybe) with Variables, and Roots and Powers and Trig Functions.
-Either Activation or Removal of the hidden, incomplete bilingual Feature (probably Removal; I do not want to type that much more XD)
Again, please give Suggestions to make this worth featuring and loving! :)

this is really great work!

I just finished geometry in june so I know what this is. What i dont know is HOW DID YOU DO THIS?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

what do I put in the first input thing? I tried drawing, and I tried typing ABC and nothing worked! Please help!

Don't worry, you'll learn all the stuff either in Geometry or Trig. You've got a couple of years. ;)

for the next version, maybe you should include the ability to just click to select vertices, in case all you want to do is analyze the picture.

I would suggest a less "input-based" interface, in which the user could either draw the triangle, or specify the values of side lengths and angles.

(view all replies)All you suggestions seem fine, just make sure with all those new features to rename it, for it's not only a triangle analyzer, it'd be an all in one geometry and trig tool. As for the bilingual function, I know you'll plan on adding much more features, so you'll run out of space with the billingual, so I suggest you make a new project maybe... (which language do you plan on doing?) If you want more ideas, try this: (link to project) make a more advanced one. (tbc)

Awesome! I forgot most of the triangle stuff I learned in geometry (it's been a long summer) but I still remember some. As for the list, it's because of the flash player's glitch where the lists are shrunk (but it seems you figured that out on your own) Although there is a tiny glitch, I made a 30-60-90, and it said the short leg was 3, and the hypotenuse was 6.00000000001. I'm pretty sure it wouldn't matter though. :) This post shall be continued in the next comment for I am running out of char
This would be helpful if you were in universtity/A levels. Bit complecated for me though!

Wow, that's a lot of information about a triangle! I don't even know what some of those items are. But I imagine if I needed them, I could learn. I think draggable points is a great idea - someway to more easily enter your triangle. Nice work, please let me know if you put out updates or new versions.

Thanks! You probably mean the Circumcircle around the Triangle? The Triangle has green Sides.

Well, sometimes you may not know the Angles or Coordinates, and only the Lengths, so then it would still work... but thanks for the Suggestion!
