yeah, i noticed the bug, Arceus doesn't completely go back to normal, it just joes bright. Maybe you could put a clear graphic affects in somewhere.

At this rate, you'll never see the glitch. Arceus stays beyond 0 brightness after using Judgment. It's right through you're face if you look!
