Clans:
1 = Marsclan, 2 = Oceanclan, 3 = Olayerclan, 4 = Shadowclan, 5 = Stoneclan, 6 = unclaimed, 7 = Dreamclan, 8 = unclaimed, 9 = Moonclan, 10 = Skyclan, 11 = unclaimed, 12 = unclaimed, 13 = unclaimed, 14 = unclaimed.
Tribes:
15 = unclaimed, 16 = Wolfstream (secret wolf den), 17 = unclaimed, 18 = owned tribe of pointed stones, grassy part used for the Advanced Warrior Training.
The yellow square in the middle of the clan part is the gathering place and the cave in number 12 is mooncave (like moonpool and highstones) the tribes go to gatherings aswell and visit the mooncave.
