Fascinating character set! The 1 and the 9 are very similar to what I am used to. And I can see resemblances in 2,3,4,6,7. But 0,5 and 8 went in totally different directions. Most interesting - a wonderful project!
Thx so much Master. There is a wonderful book called from One to Zero a Univesal History of Numbers by Georges Ifrah you should be able to get from a library well worth reading at the end of it you see the evolution of the Indo-Arabic Numberals.
We were working on the original together then shared at the same time. I started the first but what we ended with is much improved in particular ffred improved the scripts a lot (he is a much better programmmer than me) The Test idea is from mathjp
I love the Greek numbers which i will learn. If only we could have been there 2500 years ago what could have been accomplished instead of war;=>

...the voice clikc are choppy. i can't really underdstand them...but good job notheless.
I will fix them once I get back from vacation I am told I can clean-up the sound with Audacity and I may have my wife day them. She has a great voice.

Did you know that the numbers 0, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 are actually Hindu Arabic.
