Don't bother about the views/comments I get them too.I liked the trivia and I got 72.2%.I got past level 1 in with ease,level 2 with a little thought,level 3 by sheeding litres of sweat and racking my brain.One tip:Try making the third level a little easier so children that can play.

Nice game, maybee a version for none medi person, only translate answered. When i did first scratch game I spen 80 hour and then get 3 view so it hard to make a hit for scratch kids.
I know a lot of excellent projects having not many views. I think this is an excellent project.

Hmmm. The number of views isn't very encouraging...but this site is mostly used by kids, maybe the title turned them off. You could try renaming it to "Mario's Medical Specialties Adventure" and see if that helps... :)
