This puzzle comes from the fourth experiment in the original 1963 Digi-Comp-1 manual. The lucky owners of this working mechanical computer could discover the code that would set all three digits to Ones (and thereby open the bank vault) by studying the control rod placement. In that same spirit, you can analyze the clues provided by the Robots and discover the code.
