Steer Slimy trogh the levels with the arrow keys. This is a modified version of penguin1556's project. The major changes I added: I added a way to switch to the 3 unused costumes found when I downloaded the project, I added a fifth costume, I gave each costume a different color, I added two new levels, and I made some use of the unused script for the dark-blue color that I also found while editing. Enjoy!

Fix up the physics on this, don't make it bounce around quite as much, and you could make an easily-modifiable engine :D that sounds cool

(view all replies)Actually, the physics are set how they are for a purpose. The bouncing effect gives the effect that slimy is more of a boyant ball of goo rather than a solid object, and the sensors are set so that he sticks to walls, also like a ball of goo. I could've easily changed it so that he had the feel of a solid, liquid, or even gas, but instead decided to stick with plasma.

Cuz I origionally downloaded the project and edited it directly from penguin 1556, therefore tit counts it as remixed.
Sadly no. The origional Slimy was made by penguin 1556, but I improved and built it up to the multi-game series it is now. But the game idea, origional slimy costume, and first levels go to penguin 1556.

Well technicly the first slimy game was made by penguin 1556, but I sdded two levels, improved some other levels, and added a whole bunch of other costumes for slimy. Then I started doing the slimy vs slimy games, but those haven't gone far, cuz I keep forgetting to add the weapons so all u can do is jump on eachother.
your 'slimy christmas special' looks suspiciosly like this...

Yeah, I'm still debugging it, but that happens alot if you go outside the boundaries.
I kno. It's hard to die, tho.
oh and i didnt die on second to last leval spikes
this needs more levals and some glich fix ups other wise great game vs needs choices of places to fight thou but great games
I know. Versus actually has two other fuctional levels if you download the project. I'm still working on making them choosable from the website.

Amazing! love the new levels! but,i liked it better when slimy was green.
You can change his color with the spacebar. And thatks for the compliment! I was pretty sure either you'd compliment me on the changes, or get really p.o.ed and accuse me of copying. I'm glad it was the first one! Oh, and I've noticed Mr.Magnet could ude a little speed and graphics inmprovement. Mind if I work on it?
