okay... I know that Aristotle was not very good at making sure that his ideas were backed by evidence, and that his ideas were not good science and messed up science for a while with false ideas. but at least he thought, unlike lots of people who didn't really try to do science at all.
the talking isn't really half finished, but still. you can learn about what the pythagorean theorem is, then press p + space to view images. press right arrow to see the next visual geometric/algebraic proof.
This is a VERY SIMPLE proof of the Pythagorean Theorem. thank you. if anyone wants to finish this, they are quite welcome to. please comment if you learned something new from this.
UPDATED:
now it can work online sort of. but it isn't great looking.

(view all replies)well guess what this isn't about aristotle its about a very important and valid geometrical theorum
(view all replies)What have we learned so far? Ah, so you say nothing. :P DarthPickley, do you really live in Antarctica?
well you can see the visual illustration and the formulas used in the proof.
Yay! im right!!!
yes. AA = A^2 and BB = B^2 etc. this project isn't very explanatory since the two things are both shown.
isnt it (AA)+(BB)=(CC)?
