I was busy playing a game called Hoshi Saga, a game in which you have to find a hidden star in every level, and they had this one level, recreated here, in which you click and hold until the stars fully form. You have to hold for about 20 seconds. I really wanted to see if this was a trick, and lo and behold, it is not! Releasing the mouse causes the stars to spin slower. Just a little test, this is not a trick. If you don't believe me, download and see! It really is just a spinning sprite.
Love it if you do!
Works best offline in presentation mode, because it lags a bit online.
Another good persistence of vision demo.

this is awesome!
Have the angle of spinning set to 45 and you get the stars perfectly. 90 is still frame. add 90 to each of those numbers and you get the same effect again.
a little boring... all you do is hold down the mouse... try to improve

I'm back. I have played the game you based this off and I beat the first game but I couldn't do the obstacle maze in the second game
What was the level number again? I wanna play it again, to see how fast i can do it. My save file vanished after we switched computers....

Hoshi saga is such a nice game, no intense speed, no "lives," and actually uses the mind ON TOPIC : Nice job, if that were me, I'd mess up trying to draw the shapes XD

(view all replies)i see. it goes so fast that it overlaps too fast so your eyes can controntrate on one, thus making the combine. i can make a guess that if you spin it too long they will dismerge.
