Well, this is awesome! I've always wondered how to make sprites point towards objects that are onscreen but are scrolled off of viewable area, like your Make Your Own Scroller.
I have a question since you are good with Trig: Can you try making the game Knuckleheads (nitrome.com/knuckleheads or something). I know it uses trig, and I have no clue how to do it!
A helicopter demo I made. Use the arrow keys to fly around. This time the ground is the one moving. Although you cannot really call it ground, it is more like a very VERY dense liquid. The arrows will always point to the 3 ground sprites.

Awesome, but needs exploding when 1. Copter hits bottom of ground and 2. Copter hits ground too fast.
