Really nice effect! I love how the shadow gets darker and lighter depending on the distance of the flashlight from the text. Great attention to detail!
101st project! Yay!!!!! (The ghosting thing works! I should try it for a cave game!) It's amazing what you can do with a simple piece of code in scratch.
What project? If you made a Hello World project, that does not surprise me. It is one of the most commonly made first projects, although not on this site. I usually do not make the Hello World! project, and move on to other things when I start a new programming language.
oh, those. No, I was bored, and staring at the shadows on my ceiling and realized that negative brightness coupled with a ghost effect could look like a shadow.
Thanks! I ran out of ideas for projects so I just made the one project I normally try to avoid with new programming languages......I find that if you can do something cooler than print the words "Hello World!" on the screen as your first project, that language is for you.
The first project you are supposed to make in any program, it displays the text "Hello world" on the screen. I added in my shadow creator, but with more realistic shading. The shadow is shaded according to the distance from the flashlight to the word.

just a little, enough that I had nothing better to do than make the obligatory HELLO WORLD program, something I rarely do for any program.
