idk what the quick draw effect is, but I found a way to make it appear visible. Im working on a player sprite now, and i guess i could add options. Mebbe even like a goal in it r something!
Hi Cyclone103...good news! I've been playing around with having a sprite interact with the line and I am sure it can be done without much trouble at all. Try making a color sensitive sprite but make sure that the color it is testing for is the same color as the line (which is NOT exactly black - as I found out the hard way!). The line seems to be present for enough time that the sprite can react to it without much difficulty, as long as you don't make the gravity too fast.
ok i did get a color sample from the exact color of the line, which isn't black as you said. i had tried it but it didnt work for me. I will try it again!
Thanks! if the screen were a little bit taller, I would have been able to make the design be in proportion, because as you can see it is a little squashed
Design your own scroller! In the level editor, drag around the black dots to change the landscape of your scroller. When you are done making your level, press mode to start! Use the left and right arrow keys to move your view. I know that the dots while in level mode aren't in proportion, but if they were it would be too big, so the Y positions were scaled down. If you want to save a level, download this and save it. While editing your level, please keep the dots in a straight line with each other, so it does not get glitchy. Download and play in presentation mode for best results, and press love it if you do!

This should be in a scratch gallery with other excellent "how to scratch" projects. Does anyone know if such a gallery exists already ?
