Download the 26 sprites and 206 scripts of "Calculator" and open it in Scratch Project Notes
Finally! I've been working hard to make a proper calculator. It can add, subtract, multiply, and divide any two numbers, and show you the result as long as it's not too long. If it has more than eight digits, it will show an E. Same thing if your number is less than -99999999. And if you divide, and your result has too many decimal digits, it'll will show another E. (Don't be afraid to try big numbers!)
Note to all: I've been bombarded with the question: "How long did this take you?". The answer is: Two weeks.
Note to all: You may run into a few bugs, like if you do 69 divided by 4 for example. Don't think it's a bug if it says E----1725. I checked it by downloading, and it said the right answer- 17.25. But you can still use it online if you don't mind.

Dude, I made a HUMAN CALCULATOR and it took me about 15 minutes, and it does EVERY SINGLE PROBLEM so long as it doesn't use any letters, or it'll just say 0

(view all replies)Works good.I put in in one of my galleries. Now we need a Scientific calculator. How about trying my fix for the online glitch and see if it works. I noticed while using your calculator online, that if I move my screen, a piece of the calculator gets misplaced. Go to my webpage and look at the piece of code I wrote for this. It might be that browser I am using. It also clears up when you hit the stop button.
