I have tested the code, the RX blink means connection is ok,but only fist time the pins 13 blinks, then it never blinks the green light anymore, only the RX red LED still blinks.
Now I can say it's wonderful because the problem is solved. Catenary tells what Arduino is really doing (blinking the led I mean), in Windows and Mac.
I have changed the baudrate to 115200 in the source code of Catenary.
Thank you for this great work!!!!
Catenary tells me that has established a connection with Arduino through a port and shows pin 13 blinking but Arduino never blinks the led in pin 13 except in the reset time.
I have this problem independently of the platform and in the case of Mac, I have tried the 2 ports available for serial communication.
Does anyone know what it isn't working?
Thank you.
This is very exciting! If you get a minute or two, I would like to automate my house using Scratch as the control center. I would like thermostat, lights, and music to start with. Let me know when you are done. Thank you!
lol. I think we're going to try to automate some sort of evil kinetic halloween monstrosity, but haven't figured out what just yet. The motion sensitive laughing skull is so cliched, so I'm not sure what we're going to do just yet.

thats pretty cool!
On a Mac how does one know what ^arduinoPort number to use?
Yeah! This is what I have been waiting for: Change the real world through Scratch! I want one of these, badly..
Yeah. They're pretty fun. Though of course all of this would be easier of there was a serial read/write function or whatever in Scratch (or Chirp) :)
Of course, a system time function in Scratch would be helpful in any home automation project. Looks like we need a few more Jens hacks!
