Here is my critique: This is a good start! I think you should continue with more levels. The game is simple enough to play with very little instruction - that is great! I like the feedback (you lose!), that makes learning what to do even easier. It might be based on another game, but the controls are solid and you did a good job implementing things. It felt easy enough to understand, and making it easy to restart after losing. Great job! This makes me want to see more levels!
I got bored of this game :
( so Zelda123 made the levels). Oh yeah, should go switch out my games and keep it u to date, though I will keep that simple controls and the ending messages in my mind as I create more games, like this fishing game I might continue from my friends house
PLEASE make another level and do it quickly!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don't like this "love it" fad going around with people asking for love its just to make another game. I know that it is meant for fun, but it makes you look greedy. Love its should be given voluntarily to good projects after they are made, not like payment so that someone will make one.
Actually, I only ask because if I work hard on a game, I want it to be viewed/wanted. Now once people want this, than I will be like "Wow, people want this? Well I better make it"
You know, you REALLY do not need the exact graphics from the game. You can easily have a dynamically created level by having a box with several costumes, and have it stamp in the order you want, and just use the color sensing, and have the ball be the same width as the box.
Yeah, but if I have the tools, why not put in the little extra effort. The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is just that little extra (ok, Waiting… is on Comedy Central right now, which is where i got that ordinary quote, but it's true)
I tried that. I used 20, but the ball wouldn't line up :( so I just made it so you can actually move the box without just hitting the corner. But yes, I will use a grid. And fix another glitch I completely forgot about
You don't actually have to push the box :P because I had to remove the water from there, but I can make the sensor sprite bigger and add that to the ball

This would be fun if the levels actually became puzzling. Try making as much hardness as possible for the real release. Trust me :)
(view all replies)Comment Reply
Actually, if I make the real one, I would copy each level in the real game (like this is actually level 1)

Great. It could be the making of a great game! Please make next level!

I actually don't. Now 1 or 2 is fine, but I would rather see 9 different people than only me on it.

One suggestion: make the grid and ball perfectly aligned, and it will be more playable. Nice demo, and if you make a full version, please tell me!
