Welcome to ScratchArtist 1.0! To use this simple painting program to its best, you need to know the controls and its special functions: 1. How to Paint Painting is the simplest skill - press the mouse button (hold it!) and move the mouse around. There you are! You're painting! 2. Colours and the Eraser To change colours, simply CLICK on the colour you want to change into. To 'erase' (white colour), press the space bar once. Note: The 'eraser' does not work on special backgrounds! It will just be white :P 3. Sizes and Shades If you're a top artist, you'd wonder about shades. Well, you can adjust your sizes and shades at the bottom of the screen: click '+' to increase the size/shade and '-' to decrease it. 4. Surprise! Special Backgrounds Bored? Try tracing Pokemon, decorating scenes or putting makeup on Harry Potter! Click the Surprise! button to change the background. Once you're at the one you like, feel free to paint to your heart's desire! 5. Special Paint - Paint the rainbow! The 'special paint' is actually rainbow-coloured paint. Click it to activate it, and press the up arrow to stop it. Repeat: PRESS thE UP ARROW TO STOP THE RAINBOW PAINT! :D Hope you have fun with ScratchArtist 1.0.
