Ugh.....I worked so hard on this with a malfunctioning mouse.....which was hard. Anyhoo....These are Akii and Pachii. Akii is the humanoid, and Pachii is the squirrel-type thingy. If you've read Tsubasa, by Clamp, they are a lot like Fai and Mokona. Akii and Pachii are the Keepers of the Space/Time Continuum; they keep Time running. They are totally awesome, and the type who would do the CaramellDansen for no reason. Akii usually carries a staff (which she calls Staffy-poo), but she can't dance with it. I got this song off iTunes, so if you want it, go to the iTunes store, type caramelldansen (it usually has the title listed by "cara"). It's the first one listed.
